This technological innovation not only improves the efficiency of denture processing, but also significantly improves the fit and comfort of dentures.In the production process, we used the Varseo 3D printing system from BEGO, a German company, which uses the principles of digital light processing (DLP) to achieve efficient and accurate denture production. Through the design of CAD software and the application of 3D printing technology, we can reduce the traditional time-consuming procedures while ensuring the quality and accuracy of dentures. The application of this technology makes the production process more efficient, while also reducing the complex steps in the traditional process, such as the reproduction of plaster models and the production of embedded models.Our custom Cast partial dentures use BEGO's cobalt-based alloy, which is known for its high elasticity and toughness and is particularly suitable for making the clap-ring parts of dentures. The history of Wirobond alloys shows that BEGO has in-depth research and extensive experience in the development of dental alloys to provide high-quality materials and products.
